A new extension wraps the rear of the existing property to create new living spaces and ancillary bedroom accommodation. 

Use of engineered timber frame technologies allows a generous and open plan free from structure, flexible for both living as a dance studio.

A restrained palette of materials of fibre cement, galvanised steel, spruce and glass are used, sharp detailing and expressed joints are proposed. These agricultural materials contrast with a finely planted herb garden.
